The BIA is the voice of business, property owners and new investors in Downtown Belleville, and is a small team, supported by a board of directors who represent all aspects of the Belleville Downtown District and who each bring a diverse perspective, skill and experience to the Board. We’re striving to deliver strategic advocacy, quality marketing programs and communications and tourism-focused events by working as a co-operative team, where no task is too big or small to support our members.
