Prismatica is an illuminated art installation which has made appearances in France, England and USA. As part of the Al Fresco experience, Prismatic will be live in downtown Belleville from July 17 – August 16. Take a stroll through the prism forest on Front Street and give them a spin to see the rainbow of colours in motion. Incredible to see during the daytime and further enhanced when the sun goes down.
Hand sanitizer stations can be found on the light poles outside Pinnacle Music Studios, Hanley Corporation, former RBC building and Ideal Bike on Front Street. Visitors are highly encouraged to bring their own to use as well.
Currently parking is FREE! Time limitations are still valid so there is a 1-hour time limit on Front St. and a 2-hour time limit on Bridge St. There are just under 1,000 parking spaces located within a three block radius of the downtown core.
We are challenging our visitors that are able-bodied to support the downtown by giving yourselves a bit of extra time to park in the municipal lots and walk into the downtown so that people with mobility challenges can take advantage of the on street parking.
