The Board of Management meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month unless otherwise stated. Meetings are held at various downtown locations with a virtual option available. Upcoming meeting details and previous meeting documents are posted once approved.
Can I attend Meetings?
Meetings are open to the public for attending but not for participating unless asked. If you are interested in attending a meeting, look for the location details or contact us for a virtual link to the meeting of interest below. We do our best to post meeting details 1 week prior to the meeting date.
Delegation to the Board
If you are interested in speaking to the Board you can submit a delegation request. The request must be submitted by email to the Executive Director (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting. Presentation time is limited to 10 minutes, leaving time for Q&A.
