The Board of Management meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise stated, at various downtown locations. During COVID-19, meetings are being held virtually. Upcoming meeting details and previous meeting documents are posted once approved.
Can I attend Meetings?
Meetings are open to the public for attending but not for participating unless asked. If you are interested in attending a meeting, look for the location details or virtual link on the meeting of interest below. We try to post meeting details 1 week prior to the meeting date.
Delegation to the Board
If you are interested in speaking to the Board you can submit a delegation request. The request must be submitted by email to the Executive Director (email@example.com) at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting. Presentation time is limited to 10 minutes, leaving time for Q&A.
