Lots of modifications are given to help new students find the version of the pose that is right for them. No experience is necessary – everyone is welcome – all mats and props provided.

Enjoy this 20-minute yoga practice with Yoga Teacher and Physiotherapist, Leslie Richards, focused on bringing awareness and connection with your pelvic floor, breath and core.
