Here’s the scoop: the long, hot days of summer are just around the corner, and we’ve got just the treat to cool you off. There are few things that scream summer quite like a big scoop of ice cream, melting faster than you can eat it! From classic soft serve to frozen yogurt piled high with toppings, the Bay of Quinte has you covered.

Gourmet Diem
A sunny, afternoon walk along the Moira River deserves a treat, indeed! Loop around onto Front Street and pop by Gourmet Diem for a scoop of Kawartha Dairy ice cream or gelato—in a waffle cone, thank you very much. While you’re in the District, check out what else is open downtown!

L’Auberge de France
Belleville’s Parisian outpost is serving up homemade ice cream and gelato this summer! L’Auberge shared recently that they’re starting with chocolate and vanilla, but we can expect more flavours (think: passion fruit, strawberry, black currant) as the summer goes on. They’ve even opened a new takeout window!
