Savour the Heat is a brand-new Downtown Belleville event on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Similar to Savour the Chill and Savour the Sips, the event will see downtown businesses compete for the best spicy food. Businesses will compete for the Judges’ Choice award and the People’s Choice award. Price: $3 per cup, cash only. Bring your fork!
