The Bay of Quinte is buzzing with excitement as the winners of the region’s first-ever 40 Under 40 have been announced—and Downtown Belleville is leading the celebration.

A dozen of these winners hail from Downtown Belleville, showcasing the incredible young talent driving innovation, community engagement, and business growth in the city’s core.

From entrepreneurs and creatives to public service leaders, these downtown changemakers are proving that Belleville is a place where ambition thrives.

The winners will be celebrated at a special awards ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025 at Signal Brewery, where the community will come together to honour the winners.
