Outstanding in the District

We would like to acknowledge someone who has made an extraordinary contribution to the success of downtown Belleville in 2021. Mark Turner, owner/operator of Restoration Services is the recipient of  ’Outstanding in the District’, a new award that highlights an individual who, by their actions, has made a significant difference in the Downtown District.
